Rat Race Day 2

Today was hard, but brilliant fun. 90km of cycling, running, orienteering, abseiling, kayaking, crossing a girder bridge WAY off the group using ropes and general craziness. More to come later. For now, here's last night's Rat Race Prologue GPS map and today's hardcore map.

I'm off for a beer and a ceilidh now!

Hi Martin,
How did you enjoy the rat race? I was one of the people in the quarry at the rave that you all abseiled into! I don't know about you but I thought that was quality. I havent laughed so much as I did that day. 500 spandex clad atheletes abseiled down into a quarry full of people in the middle of a two day illegal rave.
